Orders Shipped
We do our best to get all orders out within two business day, Monday through Friday.
Depending on your chosen shipping address, courier delivery times are usually between one and five days for delivery.
Orders placed during the week and before midday will typically be delivered within three days.
Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. (Out of stock items will take longer).
We use UPS and DHL as our delivery partner, with daily pick-ups from our warehouse.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, if your order is delayed for any reason, we will let you know.
OceanLED stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your purchase. Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a two or three-year warranty.
In addition, if you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased directly from OceanLED.com, you can return your item(s) as follows:
Items purchased online can be returned online to OceanLED within 30 days of purchase.
You must have an original receipt to complete your return.
Items must be unused, unopened and in a saleable condition.
You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us, so it is our recommendation that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery.
Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy.

OceanLED stands by its products. In general terms, the company gives a full 2- or 3-years’ manufacturer’s warranty on all its products from date of sale from OceanLED. The warranty period for a specific product can be found in the downloadable list of product warranty periods here.
If you purchased your lights directly from OceanLED:
Please contact us directly, complete appropriate troubleshooting and collate the following information:
- Customer name
- Current location of the vessel or products
- Description of the failure in detail along with photographic evidence
- Details of any tests that have already been conducted
- Serial numbers and/or any proof of purchase from OceanLED and onward sales
